Dr Pauline Thomas-McGill DC, BSc

Dr Pauline was raised on Vancouver Island, BC and has always had a passion for movement, nature and nutrition. “ALTHA Health and Sport” was born from her great appreciation of the outdoors and continuously striving to expand her personal boundaries, specifically through sports, backcountry camping and alpine hiking. She incorporates these passions into her patient plans by emphasizing daily movement, healthy nutritional habits and regular interaction with nature.
